Speeding fines are sent to the registered keeper of the vehicle. In most instances, this will be Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions.

If we receive a fine or penalty notice for your vehicle we will forward details on to you. You are responsible for either paying or contesting the fine.

If you do not pay or contest the fine within the given time period, we will pay the fine on your behalf and charge you the cost of the fine plus an administration fee.
