What's covered

 

For all of our personal contract hire (PCH) and personal contract purchase (PCP) agreements, your monthly payment includes the cost of the road fund licence (road tax).

Your tax disc will be sent to you at your home address. It is your responsibility to ensure a valid disc is displayed at all times. If your tax disc is about to expire and you have not received a replacement seven days prior to the expiry date of your existing licence,  please contact us on 01635 589112.

If you have chosen to include maintenance in your agreement, Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions will cover the cost of all routine maintenance and repairs. This includes all planned servicing inline with the manufacturer's guidelines, as well as any repair or maintenance required as a result of mechanical failure or wear and tear. Maintenance or repairs required as a result of misuse are not covered. Damage to the windscreen, headlamp glass or wing mirrors, damage or deep scratches to the vehicle's paintwork and any top up fluids or oils used between servicing are not covered in our maintenance agreement.

If you chose not to include maintenance in your agreement you are responsible for the cost of all maintenance, servicing and repairs.
