Many vehicle leasing organisations are already beginning to return to the car market as the economic crisis shows signs of coming to an end, it would seem.
If the success of the recent Motorexpo is anything to go by, there could be more buyers looking to purchase new vehicles in the coming months, with more positive market conditions around the corner.
The show, which closed on Sunday, saw manufacturers such as Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW all set new records for test drives and sales leads on the opening day of the show compared with previous years.
Saab also enjoyed double the number of sales leads it had anticipated prior to the event in Canary Wharf, London, much to the delight of the show's organisers and participants.
Motorexpo managing director Graeme Carver said: "The positive results appear to support recent claims that the worst of the economic crisis is behind us and that we are now seeing green shoots beginning to appear."
The success comes after the launch of the government's car scrappage scheme showed signs of reviving the industry, with official figures revealing that more than 35,000 vehicles have been sold since its introduction.
