Increasing numbers of people with company cars may end up using their vehicles for the family holiday this year, it has been suggested.

According to General Motors, the fact more Brits are planning getaways in the UK could mean individuals who usually use their auto for work will end up driving it in their spare time too.

It claimed people who are accustomed to being in control of what music blasts out of the stereo may find it difficult to please the entire family when it comes to choosing tunes.

As a result, the group has compiled a list of the songs to avoid and the ditties likely to get everyone singing along.

Black Lace's Agadoo was named the worst tune, with Eye of the Tiger by Survivor also failing to hit the right note.

Meanwhile, Bat out of Hell by Meatloaf took the crown for top driving song, with Lady Gaga's Poker Face proving a hit with motorists too.

In other news, people using company cars to go on holiday may want to check the air conditioning before setting off, as Kwik-Fit recently warned that eight per cent of arguments on the road are caused by a stuffy atmosphere.
