The apd Landmark Post Sale survey was established ten years ago and is the main industry benchmark used by major leasing companies to measure customer satisfaction.
This syndicated survey is conducted on a monthly basis. Fleet operators are invited to give their opinions on the performance of their suppliers in all areas of the vehicle lifecycle and the management of this process.
Fleet operators' responses are converted into a cumulative Customer Satisfaction Index score and leasing providers are ranked each month based on this score.
